Previously an Advertising Sales Associate at The Weather Channel, Beth has received formal training in negotiation skills, sales strategies, research methods, and customer service. Apart from her career at The Weather Channel, she also held a real estate license in the state of Georgia, where she was an agent in the Atlanta area. Beth is a graduate of Emory University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Ultimately, Beth finds the human element to her work the most rewarding. She brings a youthful perspective that helps her connect to the next generation of home buyers. As a mother of two (ages 9 & 12), Beth is a useful resource for families even beyond their real estate transaction.

Stephanie Maletsky joins the real estate industry with a strong background and knowledge of marketing, finance and relationship building.  Born and raised in Highland Park, she has chosen to return, raise her family in Highland Park and share her passion and experience about the North Shore with other families. 

Prior to real estate, Stephanie worked in fundraising and development work.  As an event planner and volunteer organizer for Children’s Memorial Hospital, Stephanie’s skills of cultivating donor relationships translates directly to the building of relationships between buyers and sellers.  She is committed to responsive and effective communication and outstanding service.  She is hard working, organized and will always put clients’ best interests first.

Stephanie lives in Highland Park with her husband Greg, children, Ryan and Lucy and Rudy, the family dog.
